Really no one else will be able to tell you which bike is right for you, i would say start with something smaller as a beginning rider. It's not a good idea to go out and jump on a brand new road king. Using myself as an example; I bought a 2007 Super Glide with a 96" engine (about 1570 cc's), and i'm 6'1" 180 lbs. As a beginning rider this still might have been "too much bike" for me, it's a miracle I'm still alive. I know honda makes a line of 1100 cc motorcycles that are affordable and reliable (at least here in america), and many of the controls can be adjusted to fit the individual. Personally, i think the old cj750 would be perfect for a beginner with a smaller stature, but finding a bike to learn on for taller people can be a challenge.
It also might be a good idea to take a saftey course on whichever bike you decide on, if they are offered. Some key points to look for are Comfort(extremely important for safe riding), reliability, and overall condition of the motorcycle (don't buy something with bad brakes and cables). i hope this helps, Fosho
