Best Helmet Headset Setup

I'm picking a new 2012 Goldwing in 3 weeks. I've been off a bike for 15 years so am out of touch with technology. I'm looking for recommendations for a helmet and communication setup so that I can access my phone, listen to music, and occasionally talk to my wife who will be infrequently behind me.
What is the ideal set up, cost not an issue?
Preference open face helmet vs. full face?
Looking at the Shoei Neotec helmet, but sure about Full face or open face/
Is J&M audio the way to go?
Any recommendations will be appreciated.

I am going to try the Uclear as it has a boomless mic. Should connect with my phone and GPS. Also to other bikers.
