Suzuki Bolevard C-50 Fuel Injection Problem

After I adjusted my valves my bike runs a little rough. I think I have a fuel injection issue due to me pulling the fuel injector body aside to adjust valves.

My C-50 2006 with 7K miles now when first started runs for about 15 seconds with a little throttle about 1800 rpm then dies like it has runs out of gas. I restart it giving it gas again it will run about 15 to 20 sec and die like it is out of gas. The third time I can normally keep it running and requires a long warmup of about 3 min, then it will idle.

If I take off with less than a 3 min warm up it will die on me a little way down the road with a lot of throttle it will die like it is running out of gas, If I try a direct restart it will crank but not start, will start again after setting for about 10 seconds. Once it is warm it idles OK and runs strong while throttle is advancing but if throttle is held steady in one position the engine rpm will go up and down by about 100 rpm.

The fast idle is not working that is why I have to give it throttle to start. If I try to start without giving it gas it will start and run fast idle for about 4 to 5 sec then die.

I would really appriciate some help hear, my wife is unemployed and we need to watch every penny.

My fuel mileage is about 1/2 what it used to be before this problem.
I have checked all connections and boots.
