Stratoliner with Cobra FI2000R

I installed the Cobra FI2000R on my stock Stratoliner and used the factory potentiometer settings and it ran well. Now I installed the D&D slip-on exhaust with stock air intake (to be upgraded soon) and I think the FI2000R needs to be adjusted. In reading the paperwork, it looks like it is adjust by the seat of your pants.. Does anyone have a similar setup they would share their FI2000R settings with me?
