How would you put newer forks on old Harley

I have a 67 xlch sportster with forks that are shot so I picked up a complete 05 sportster front end which doesnt fit is there a kit to do that will work or does anyone know a way.

If the forks are the same diameter just slide them into the older triple trees.  Otherwise you may be able to find aftermarket bearings that will work by measuring the outer and inner diameters of your steering heads and shafts.  Motion industries and Applied Industrial are a good source for finding custom sized bearings.
