Criteria for new bike!

Been riding a Honda 650 Deauville for a few years.  Now want a comfortable cruiser capable of long journeys with two up.  I know there are lots to chose from - but I wondered if anyone could help me narrow the field?  Ideally:
1.  VERY comfortable seats for rider & passenger.
2.  Enough power so engine is not complaining at 70 mph.
3.  Reverse gear for those tricky parking places.
4.  Good riding position for me - 6 foot, 32" inside leg, 195 pounds.
I will definitely be buying a used bike - no disregard new models!
Thanks for any tips!!
N.

I'm gonna go on a limb here.
1) Had a vn800C Drifer w/ 2 up. Good for the 1st hundred mi. Skip almost every other bike that has been thru the stable. Savage, 1400 Intruder, Mean Streak, etc.
This one requirement knocks out 90% of all bikes. You are down to Royal Star, RS Tour Deluxe, Electro-Glide, BMW K bikes, Kawi 1700 Vulcan, Honda GL1800.
3) this pulls you down to the BMW, and the gl1800.
