1988 Honda Shadow VT1100, 12K original miles. I bought bike new. Always maintained and always garaged. HondaLine windshield and luggage rack; throttle lock (cruise control). Kelly Blue Book lists trade in value at $1720, Dealer sale price, $2550. Private sale would go somewhere in the middle.
Not too bad considering you had it for 20 years.
