Beefing up the engine NEED SOME TECH HELP!

I have an 07 dyna street bob (hence the sn) And im looking to beef up the engine before it gets nice out, i have about 2,000-2,500 $ to spend on this, i want to boar it out to a 103 cu. (its now currently a 96 *** Im going to port & polish the heads. Thats about as much as i know, im not sure what kind of pistons to put it in, what compression etc...If anyone can give me some good ideas on what brands to use etc. it would be great!
