Every May a group of us (Suzuki M109R riders) meet up in Eureka Springs, AR. All bikes (type & brand) are welcome as some have moved on from riding M109R's yet still ride with those of us who do. We get together there because the roads are excellent (both curvy and smooth) and the views are beautiful!
Also, it's not overpacked with bikes the way that the Tail of the Dragon has become. I'd have to say that one of my favorite parts about Eureka Springs is that you don't even have to leave town to experience twisty roads. The main road through town is insane.
No matter what direction you leave from town, you're going to have a great ride that will challenge even experienced riders, yet still be fun for those who just want to cruise along at a more sedate pace.
There is even a hotel that caters exclusively to motorcycles. There is covered parking for motorcycles and no 4 wheeled vehicles are allowed.
If you ever get a chance to hit Eureka Springs, AR. do it, you won't be disappointed!

Your so right about the Eureka Springs area , what a beautiful place to ride . We stopped in last summer at the Visitor/Tourist information office, and they loaded us up with great area motorcycle route maps and information that was invaluable. Stayed for a couple of days and rode some of the suggested routes on weekdays. Hardly saw any traffic, it was fabulous. Would not hessitate to go back again.
