Worse service, EVER! I bought a Hyosung motorcycle 6 months ago and at first I loved it. It was a good running bike. It was comfortable and it got good gas mileage which we all want. I don't know much about bikes so finding an afordable new bike with a warranty sounded like a good idea. I had never heard of Hyosung so I researched them on the internet. I found a lot of positive info so I went ahead and made the purchase. 2 months later the bike broke down. It has been sitting in the dealership for four months. They don't return my calls. They give me the run around. They make excuses, but I still have to make payments to the bank. I am presently getting a lawyer and filing a law suit.

As a thought, Motorcycle Cruiser has gotten involved with manufacturers and vendors to resolve issues.
They just did a couple of very positive reviews, and if there is a real problem they'd want to know. Last thing Hyosung wants is bad publicity in one of the major publications while they're trying to get into the market.

Collect the information you have, any detailed information on the problem, etc, and send Motorcycle Cruiser an e-mail, let them know you are sending additional information via mail, and follow it up with copies of the supporting documentation.

I have had a couple of problems with my GV650. Both of them have been handled by two different dealers in a timely fashion. You have a dealer problem. You should call Hyosung before calling a lawyer. They need to know about a bad dealer in their network and I am sure they will act on your issue.
