oil comes out air filter case, about as quick as i can put it in.. the only thing i can see is a by valve or as listed on the manual an air switch,, but how does it come from the cylinders? has anyone ever ran into a problem like this?????????thanks for looking larry in shawnee okiehomer,,,,,,

Generically, I would suggest excessive blowby gasses, but I recall reading posts by Vulcan riders talking about this happening when there is too much oil in the bike, also.

You'd probably get a more informative response from a forum that is dedicated to Vulcans. You might want to try the techtalk forum at vroc.org
