3 of the bikes are power cruisers(period), no bags, no passenger, and then you have the VTX. It has performance, but, you can pop on bags, pop on a windshield, and go light touring.
On the Mean Streak, and (I suspect) the Zuke, and Yamaha you may find a bit of a stretch in the back and shoulders. When my wife is riding the Mean Streak, I have to remember to stop every 45 min for a good stretch. She's 5'4", I'm 6'0, and we have about the same limit on the bike. My Drifter (roughly a Vulcan Classic in ergonomics), it was stop once every 2 hours to get gas, and off again.

take a look at the Suzuki C109RT. It's the same engine as the M109R, except it's toned down a little bit. I just got one yesterday and it rides like a cadillac. It comes with a windshield, saddlebags, floorboards and a backrest. It also has a huge back tire like the M109R. If you want to see mine, just let me know.

You may also want to consider the Star V-Star 1300 Tourer. I purchased a new 2008 in August and have been quite pleased with it's performance and features. The Tourer comes standard with hard, leather covered saddlebags and a windshield. It's also fuel injected, liquid cooled, and belt driven. Bought mine for around $10,000, inclusive of all taxes and other fees. I've heard of better deals though.
