hi fellow riders, im new to this forum but it seems really great,  i have a question on my new to me 1999 vulcan nomad1500, the p.o. put cobra pipes on it and removed the baffles, and added a k& n air filter, he siad that he did not rejet, i checked the air fuel screw it was 6 turns out, i turned it to 3  1/2 turns out now it does nt feel right at slow speed, should i rejet and what should the screw be turned at? will i notice more horse power , its kinda doggy now. thank you wolf.
