I just bought a brand new M109 with a whopping 1 mile on the odometer. Got a great deal on the bike. So much so I went ahead and had the shop add the Cobra swept pipes, engine commander and K & N Filter. My question is, should I have waited until after the initial 600 miles before adding these accessories?

HI . I did a bunch of mods to my C50T when new. I called the dealer and they said they would honor the warrenty as long as I didn't mess with the engine. So if the dealer is as good as the I delt with your GOOD. I say do all the mods you want. They only make the bike better. ME I would have waited for the first service. 600 miles aint much of a wait. I did 600 in the two days Have fun with your new ride..scruffy...

I couldnt wait but I have been babying it almost like a newborn child until I finally hit the 600mi mark. Sadly Ive had it for almost two weeks now and only have 300mi on it. I can thank the daily grind for that since I havent had too much time to ride. But what a difference the mods made! The new exhaust makes the bike in my opinion. Friends who didnt like the bike before changed their minds on it as soon as they saw the new look.
Thanks for the reply,
Fellixx
