Wondering if anyone had tried to upgrade the size of their tank on a Suzuki Intruder.  I have a '95 Intruder 800 that I wish I could get a bigger tank for, 3 gallons goes too fast.  It doesn't look terribly difficult, but wanted to know if there was another tank from another bike that may be an easier retro-fit job.

My Biker Brother, The best way to get a larger tank for your bike is to go to a junk yard,(or if you don't mind the price, get an unpainted new tank from the dealer) and take the new tank to a body shop and have them cut the tank in half and add anywhere from 1-3 inch metal strip in the middle then paint it anyway you want, that wy you get an exact color match, and the tank will fit your frame the way it should.
