WHEN I HOLD THE STARTER DOWN THE BIKE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING.  THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT STARTS WITH NO PROBLEM. IT CAN BE A 5 TO 30 SECOND DELAY BEFORE THE BIKE DOES ANYTHING.  I HAD THE CLUTCH SWITH REPLACED, AND IT SEEMED TO HELP A LITTLE. THE TECH GUY SAID THE STARTER BUTTON SEEMED FINE.  IS THEIR SOMETHING BIGGER I'M MISSING. JUST NEED A LITTLE HELP.  

It's really not necessary to shout at us. We all have our displays setup so we can read normal print.

It sounds like the start button has dirty or pitted contacts. Of course, if you're also doing other things, which you didn't mention, it could be something else.
