SUZUKI VL800 INTRUDER

Hi anyone or everyone need some help, torn between buying a 2006 honda shadow 750 or a 2005 suzuki vl 800 test drove both but the suzuki had vibration on the foot boards at low speed, dont know if this is normal will be riding a shadow again at the weekend, cheers everyone

HI; I have a C50T which is an 800. IF you don't like the vibration then don't buy the 800. That is the way they are. Above 60 they really vibrate just get buzzy. This never bothered me. I like bikes that make noise and stuff. Then you know they are running right. Another thing is the valves make noise also. They are solid lifters. Which need adjustment from time to time. A noisy motor is a happy motor. I have 20K so far and have had no troubles. Runs and runs I get 50+ mpg and it out runs most of the guys I ride with They think it is bigger than 800..I hope you find the right bike for you. scruffy...

Hi thanks for reply Tested the shadow vt 750 loved it found a nice one with loads of extras nice sunny day made things look even better, just need to sleep on it as lot of money to spend. cheers
