Hi I am a starting rider and i am 6'3" 200lbs and still growing i was just wondering if anyone had a suggestion on a good bike i am kind of wanting a more Cruiser style bike but my budget it low i don't even know if want i want is possible but if anyone has a suggestion it would help a lot.  

The low budget means a used bike and you're going to be doing your own work on it. Are you already a mechanic of some sort? If not, you'll probably want to go with something that has fairly simple maintenance and repairs. That means older style technology, such as chain drive, control cables, solid lifters... I wouldn't go so far as to have to deal with a front drum brake though :-)
