I purchased a used 99 Shadow and about 2 months later now the turn signals are acting up.  All of the turn signals work when I turn them on, but the front left light is always on where the others are not. Here is my issue, I am not sure whether or not they all should be always on or if they all should always be off, either way it appears that there is an issue!  So a couple of questions would be what is the standard on/off for the turn signals?  What would be a possible cause for the one light to be always on?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
