been having a problem with the starter clutch so i've been pop starting it, the other day i decided to leave it run on the kickstand while i did what i was doing, i come back about 20 minutes later and the oil light is on, i get on the bike and set it upright and the light went off....again today same thing, when on kickstand, light is on, but goes off when i put it up right...is it a oil pickup problem, viscocity problem or what?

It sounds more like an operator problem. The engine is designed to achieve optimal lubrication when vertically balanced between the forces of gravity and inertia. The factory oil level marks display the standard when the surface of the oil in the sump is parallel to the crankshaft. If you're going to operate it for extended periods on the sidestand, you'll probably need to establish a different standard for the oil level.
