Would anyone on this forum recommend a pair of leather riding gloves that have a 3" wrist length. I am after black standard gloves without any colour, motif or logo (unless very small logo). this is to cover the end bit of my leather jacket sleeves when riding (otherwise sleeve acting as a funnel and chilling my back) we can't all be riding in California thanks for any suggestions, recommendations etc.

What you want is called a gauntlet rather than simply a glove.
For the most part, people who buy gauntlets either want something showy with lots of doodads on it or insulated gauntlets for cold weather riding. I don't think I've ever seen plain gauntlets available in a bike shop. I got mine from JC Whitney. I expect they are available from other sources too, if you look around.

Contrary to that, PLENTY of manufacturers make gloves with full-length gauntlets that are neither insulated nor "showy." Just go to the websites of manufacturers or some of the big internet retailers to find a whole host of suitable gloves.
