Does anyone know where to get some information on how to install a wider wheel/tire (would like a 200) on the back of a Vulcan Classic 1500. It is driveshaft driven, and I can find anyone that has modified one. I think the fender is wide enough to fit a 200 but I think the swing arm would have to be modified and then there is the problem with the driveshaft. Any ideas or info greatly appriciated.

Go look at VROC.org (Vulcan Owners & Riders Club). You will find this has been extensively discussed in the forums and several of the forum participants have posted information on their personal websites as well. The member known as Gadget, comes to mind as having an extremely useful site.
