I'm looking for an aftermarket provider of stroker kits for the 1300cc v-4 Royal Star engine.  Some years ago this magazine ran an article about a custom Royal Star built in Fresno, CA which had a stroked Royal Star engine of approx. 1550cc.  Does anyone remember the article and when it was published and, more importantly, know of an after market provider of stroker kits for Royal Star v-4 engines?
