I found a vulcan that i like. It is in great condition with all the add ons. I want to know if this is a good buy even though it has 24,000 miles on it. I know that is not a lot for the age of the bike but just wanted some feed back. Thanks  

five big ones is a little steep in my part of the country, for that old of a bike. 24,000 is nothing on that bike. i just talked to a retiree, that has 224,000 on his 1500 Drifter Kawasaki, He rides back and forth across the country for fun. I would say 4 to 4500 for a 1997. Wag
