Help! I was attempting to adjust the valves on the rt. cylinder, took the valve cover off and a locknut was missing on one of the adjusters, I saw it at the bottom of the head casing and tried to extract it with a rod and it fell off and no where to be seen! Do I have to take the head off? The BMW guy here said it might be the next step but no guarantees, I don't want to put it together again and screw up the engine with a loose locknut in there. Anybody got any ideas?
