I have two bikes, a 06 Harley Road King and a 06 suzuki c50. I like both and am happy with them for what they are, but, I am going to get a third bike this year (looking for power and performance)and can not make up my mind between three. The suzuki M109, harley night rod and/or the honda vtx 1800. Please anyone with expierence on these bike chime in with, mechanical issues, problems, fuel economy, handling or any other comments. Thanks!!!

If you're looking for power and performance, you're overlooking the King of the Mountain. Yamaha's Roadliner. This bike comes with two engine balancers for less vibration, an EXUP valve that keeps engine torque around maximum at all speeds, especially at low speeds, great handling, and a great finish. I get 45 mpg at 70 mph all day long. I have a 2006 Stratoliner, a Roadliner with touring equipment, with 28,000 miles on it. I have had no problems and wouldn't trade this bike for anything except another one just like it. Good Luck on your choice.

Power and performane you have to go with eather the 109r or the night rod I would think, not the vtx and for sure not the roadliner. If it were me it would be the night rod for no other reason then looks. The 109r looks alittle strange to me.

For Power, performance and styling you have to go with the Roadliner. It's simply the best crusier on the market today.

He said he was looking for power and performance, and out of the three he listed would be the m109R or the V-Rod. Both of those would walk the dog on the VTX and the Roadliner/Stratoliner.
