I just got the bike and engine races when you let off throttle. I checked the cable and did not find any binding. I did notice that the throttle cam does not seat but it can be pushed down with my finger and the engine idles. I was wondering if a dirty carb throat could cause this. I suspect that the gas tank must be removed to clean the carb. any assitance would be appreciated
