How do I clean the yellowish color off the chrome exhaughst pipe  

I have found a product called Metal Luster from Ultra Luster that will do the job. It will easily, with minimal effort remove the discoloration from your chrome exhaust pipes. I have found it will even remove alot of the blue color from the hottest areas. If you want to clean your bike with minimal effort you should try Ultra Luster Waterless Car Wash.
