My 2006 C90T speedo seems inaccurate. At 100kph on my bike, other vehicles show 85-90kph. As I get faster, it seems to get closer to real speed. Anyone else experiencing this or heard of a way to fix it to make it accurate all the time? The dealer says Suzuki does this on purpose so that we avoid getting speeding tickets--i.e. if we THINK we're going 110 kph, we are REALLY only going 100...hmmmmmm

I just bought my Suzuki 2008 C50 Limited. As with all my bikes one of the first things I do is check the speedometer speed with my GPS. My C50 Limited shows exactly 6 mph faster than actual GPS speed. So when I'm indicating 60 MPH, I'm actually doing 54 MPH. I haven't checked the odometer yet. I'll do that shortly.

Hi; I have a 05 C50T. The speedo is about 5% off. When you are at 60 indecated on speedo. The actual speed is around 55. It seems that ALL the Suzuki's are that way. There is no fix so far. I haven't found one are hard of one yet. The odometer is dead on. Which is just a little strange. I have 15K on it so far. I just got use to 65 for 60mph. It's been working for me so far. Try the Volusia rider site there is a lot of information on the C50 - C90 bikes. The speedo is driven off the front wheel. It is juat a small plastic sender. If you try to work on it be carefull. The thing is very easy to break . I know this. The new sender is 58$ and about an HR of time. Hope this helps scruffy..
