Got a question for all you "seasoned motor heads" about rear tire sizes on a Victory Vegas. After a long hiatus I am looking at a getting back on a bike again and wonder if anyone has some input about the possible handling diffuculties of having a fat 250mm rear tire offered on the Jackpot model as opposed to the slimmer rear tire offered on the vegas model. I live in the mountains and needless to say want to enjoy the ride instead of fighting it. Thanks!!

i own a vegas and have rode the jackpot. the vegas does handle a little better but after riding the jackpot for a little while you don't even notice the big rear tire. get the one you like best and enjoy your ride!!
if the house is a rocking don't bother knocking, just come on in...SRV

Had a friend looking at both of those bikes. He liked the jackpot but bought the vegas because of the cost of replacing the rear tire when needed. That tire also has a lower life expectancy.
