HI; You need to get a plug socket. They have a rubber incert this holds the plug in for removal and instlation. A 3/8 dr works best with a short extension. Remove the plugs when the engine is cold. Put some anit size on the threads of the new plugs. This makes it easy to install and removal the next time. Twist the plug wire back and forth untill it frees up then pull while twisting. Upon instlation install some dielectric grease. This will make it easy to install and remove later. Put the grease in side the plug boot. This also keeps the water out. Changing plugs is easy just take you time..scruffy..
