i just read and article of foreign bikes and, (when i say foreign i mean from japan) they seem to be classier and lighter aswell. if anyone disagrees let me know. what are the ups and downs of these foreign bikes and are they more efficent or is it just the look??  

That sounds like a true statement to me as long as you are comparing bikes by cost and not engine size.
