i like my 97 honda valkyrie standard alot.why?after 52K it uses absolutely no oil.4 quarts come out and 4 go back in.it starts in really cold weather.(i ride yearround in WISCONSIN)gas mileage is about 40mpg at 60mph.with claimed 106 rear wheel horsepower there is little need to downshift when passing cars riding with a passenger.ive never changed the spark plugs.(just regapped).tires are a bit more expensive than other bikes.itll do 115 if i really want to see how fast i can go.ive had this bike for 5 years and im very happy with it.

I love my Suzuki. Japan has made great bikes for decades. You go to asia and two wheelers, whether they be scooters or motorcycles, are the primary transportation. So Japan makes great bikes that are good looking and very practical.
With that all said, I'm still an American. America makes the best bikes.
