I recently purchased a 96 Harley wide glide the tank and the front fender have paint over the factory paint and clear coat.  It looks like its pin striping paint.  i can feel that it is raised above the original paint.  Is there any way to remove that easily?  Ive heared a few things like oven cleaner, other paint strippers. does anyone know an easy solution for this?
