I am looking to upgrade early next year and am looking at possibly getting a Victory. I really had my mind set on getting a Kawasaki Nomad, but I am eyeballing a couple of the Victory bikes. I do not know abybody that has owned one, so I am just looking for a little bit of feedback.

I have owned a Victory Vegas for years. To me it is one of the best bikes made. Powerful, solid, great workmanship. I just took the bike to a new bike shop called Biker's World US. Their web page is bikersworldus.com. They are getting their first shipment of Victory's in in a couple of weeks. The people who operate this bike store are passionate about their bikes and expecially, customer service. If you ever have the opportunity to visit them do so. Outstanding place. All of their bikes are listed at MSRP without any doc fees, set-up fees and all the other fees some dealerships hit you with. I highly recommend this.

7 Weeks and only 3K miles ago I picked up my Vic Kingpin Tour. My previous bike was a Kaw 1600 Classic. I liked the Kaw, its acceleration was quick and quite physical. It did what I wanted it to. Now the Pin is something else. It handles very lightly at all speeds and surfaces, the Kaw one had to muscle a little on gravel and low speeds. Its fuel economy is much better than the Kaw also.
I enjoy the bike very, very much.

I bought a 2006 Jackpot in April of this year after 7000+ miles I couldn't be happier! It is a great bike and excellent reliability. I haven't had any issues. When speaking with the service guys I asked about getting an extended warrenty and they said don't waste the money. The only thing they have had victory's in for is normal service.

I currently own 2 Vic's....a KP and an 8Ball....previously, I owned a Classic Cruiser...couldn't be happier....all 3 ride and handle nicely, have yet to have any mech problems and aftermarket goodies are becoming more plentiful almost daily for most models....I am likely a Vic owner for life!

At the present time I,m a "Victory Owner" Got it last year on New Years Eve Day. Thought 2007 would be a great year to celebrate on a new Victory. I also thought I was "upgrading" Traded in a VTX 1300C all chromed out and a sweet ride. I,m 64 yoa and have owned many bikes before I got the 2007 Victory Hammer. I was happy getting the new Victory but will be even happier when it no longer sits in my carport. The bike doesen,t run right and never has, The service is the worst I,ve ever seen and polaris won,t stand behind thier product. They won,t even take the time to answer my Email. I will be dumping the Hammer next week and getting the new 2008 Yamaha Raider. I will feel bad for the person that buys the Hammer. I traded in the Vtx that I wasn,t afraid to ride cross country on a bike I am afraid to leave the county on.

I own a victory Kingpin, I have been riding for more then 30 years on many types and brands of bikes. This is the best bike I have owned yet, and the dealer experiance was great. No problems with the bike, runs great. I might also be a life time victory owner.

You can do what I did before buying my 2005 Vegas. Check out: http://www.thevmc.com/start.html Membership is inexpensive, and you won't find a more comprehensive, unbiased source of owner experience out there. Great folks to socialize with, also.

I got my Kingpin in 04. The bike handels rides and runs great. I now have 29k on it and the only expence beside oil changes and tires was the rear tail lite went out. I will probably ride this Vic for the rest of my life.

I purchased my first Victory in March of 2007. At the time I also owned a Harley Davidson Heritage Softail. Since then I have sold the Harley and only ride the Victory. I am very pleased with all aspects of the bike, including the dealership where I purchased it. What I enjoy most is the looks the bike gets. It stands out from the crowd in looks and performace. I would stongly suggest give the Victory bikes a serious look.
