I don't know if this is the place for this but here goes. I am in the market for a cruiser/tourer and have looked at all makes and models. I wasn't going to get a Harley because there is one on every corner but it is the only manufacturer that has everything I am looking for.(1) Great range-6 gallon tank.(2) Large weatherproof,locking saddlebags. (3) Hydraulic valve lifters,(4)cruise control (5)decent ground clearance.
Why don't Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Triumph offer something like this in a cruiser? Okay, Victory has the Vision, but that bike is waaay too radical for my tastes.  

I wish my Suzuki Volusia had ABS,tunable suspension,6 speed gear box,front duel disc brakes,disc rear,hydraulic valves BUT I still have a blast on it.
Maybe the cruiser motorcycle makers are listening ? So far they found out mega engines are not the answer ,but are slow to react.
I wonder what a Honda RC-51 1000 cc engine tuned for low end ,chromed & dressed could do for a high tech cruiser ?
