Hi,
I've been riding about a month and a half after a 20 year lay-off. I just ran into my first foggy morning here in the Central Valley of California. The two concerns for me are the lack of visibility and potentially slick roads. Any advice on fog riding? Please chime in...
Thanks ahead of time...

Very simple. Use caution and slow down just as you would in a car. Even more so that your on a bike.
Good luck, Be safe.

I'm im the same position as you are. I bought a 2006 Royale Star Venture after not riding for 20 years. I'm still looking for a product that would have a similar effect as RAINX. No luck yet. The fog and high humidity attach to a shield like glue. If you find somthing to help, please pass it on.
Be Safe

Fog is tough. Keep visor cracked open to control fogging inside helmet. Your waterproof gloves are your windshield wipers. Slow is the operative word. Also be aware that even 5 minutes of driving in dense fog can leave you dripping wet. You need warm, waterproof gear so you don't lose your focus due to chilling. Unless the temps are near freezing, road traction is not a big issue. You typically have better traction than in the rain. Welcome back!

Driving in fog is a very difficult thing. We should not take the risk in such situation. We should slow down our speed to avoid accident. ============================================ Harry Our mission is to provide high quality end to end solutions to the BPO segment in a manner that will improve the operational efficiency while reducing the cost of the services to the client. 4thdimension1@gmail.com

biggest thing is to know youre limitations.dont ride like you would on a dry sunny day.allow plenty of time to reach youre destination.AND.if it means being 10 minutes late or riding too fast for conditions....................choose to be late and alive.
