Hi, I'm 6'3" and a touch over 300lbs. I have broad shoulders and, unfortunately, a broad belly. Does anybody know of any place within a day's ride of Dallas-Fort Worth that might carry plus size jackets in leather or textile? Online companies would be welcome though I prefer to try on before I buy.
I wear 3X or 4X in normal clothing but have come to discover that the same sizes in motorcycle wear are too tight, especially during the zip-up phase. I am making changes to my diet but the cool weather won't wait and I need something soon. Any help would be appreciated.

Deeje - I know where you're coming from...I'm of similar build and fit comfortably in a bomber jacket from Casual Male XL - tall sizes up to 5XLT. www.casualmale.com - Mine's Item# 83970.

I am a 300lb rider myself and I bought a Nexgen cordova jacket and love it. It is light weight and is a 6x that sounds large but it fits great and has a thinsulate liner and large vents in fron and one in back. its a great jacket. I got mine in Okc at poppa's leather barn.

I got my 5X from threads big and tall. They are a family owned clothing store and they have a lot of nice jackets and other items good for riding. They are in Illinois or you can look on their website. www.threadsbigandtall.com

A jacket is a type of sleeved hip- or waist-length garment for the upper body. For clothing older than the mid-nineteenth century, a distinction is often maintained with a coat, but in many instances the terms are now interchangeable. A jacket is generally shorter, ending just below the waist, and often lighter. Some jackets are fashionable, while others serve as protective clothing. ============================================ Harry Our mission is to provide high quality end to end solutions to the BPO segment in a manner that will improve the operational efficiency while reducing the cost of the services to the client. 4thdimension1@gmail.com
