Right from day one with this bike, it will not idle when cold.  I have to use the throttle lock to keep it running until it is warm.  Dealer has had it 3 times and each time they say they have adjusted something else but it does not improve the operation.  Anyone have any ideas?  

Yep......... Mine did the same thing. It would keep running, but real choppy until it was warm. After doing some research on exhausts and learning about the "leaness" of the factory settings, I installed a Cobra Fi2000R in preperation for ugrading to an after-market exhaust. To my suprise, without any adjustment, the problem was gone. The very first adjustments on the Fi2000R are for idle and it basically will send a little more fuel in to get rid of that problem.
