The Stratoliner is one sweet bike and of course if going to a new exhaust / slip ons you want your bike to be running at its best, so the fuel injection must mapped for that modification.I love the sound of that big bike in stock form, but some people the looks of that big vaccum cleaner exhast.2 into 1 pipes give the best power on a V twin...and only a few pipe manufacturers make'em.I have good results w/ roadhouse - check 'em out.I'd love to hear what your choice is-and why.Good luck. D and D has a great website with a roadliner on the dyno with their exhaust. Very cool, keeps the exups in place...just a can. Decent price too.

I put Roadhouse slip-ons on my Strat. I didn't want to lose the EXUP valve. The dealer told me I wouldn't need a power commander to remap the fuel injection, the factory computer could handle it. I know have 27,000 miles on my 2006 Strat and have had no problems. I rode from Ohio to Wyoming. The bike went from a 2,000 foot elevation to a 14,000 foot elevation and I didn't notice any drop in power. I average about 45 mpg, depending on how I ride. I love the sound. I can make a little noise if I want to and the slip-on mellows out at cruising speeds. No problem talking to a passenger. I can leave early in the morning for work and wake the neighbors. Good luck and enjoy the ride.
