I have an '02 Kawasaki Nomad FI.

I installed a Stebel horn a week ago. It is installed on the left side of the bike and I removed the ignition switch to gain access to the left side horn. After installing the ignition sw back and starting for a functional check,the new horn works great (and I managed to install it near vertical) . However, I noticed that whenever I select high beam, all my other lights go out... I do not have any running lights, no speedo light, the fuel gauge starts to drop and no tail or brake lights.  The hign beam blue lamp on the dash is on also, as it should be. All indications and lights/gauges work normally when I go back to low beam. Battery is fully charged at 13v+.

I looked at the wiring diagram and followed the circuitry and the only common link to all this, that I saw, was the ingnition switch. I took it apart and there was nothing obvious. I cleaned all the electrical in it while I had it apart. Reassembled and still the same when selecting main beam. I have also retraced my steps back to the bikes previous condition and still the same. Perhaps I had this problem before but just did not notice it.

Anyone have any thoughts..?
