The exhaust market is huge and many really look great. The drawback is you can end up w/ a good look'n noise maker w/no horsepower gain at all.V twins respond to 2 into 1 pipes well.Knowing that, my options narrowed down o only a few pipes. My goal was more horsepower w/out the noise.Roadhouse was a good choice.I also added a performance quiet baffle.Just swapping out the pipes added HP and a great low rumble.BUT with a re-jet the horse power gain was like gaining an extra 100cc of pistons. I just put on a set of Vance & Hines cruisers on my Honda VT 750 and they sound better and give some more power. But they are farty on deceleration. I will get the Re-jet kit next spring. The stock pipes would cost about $1500.00 if you bough peace by peace. By the way I have a set I would let go for a fair price. The better V&H coasted me $325.99 (I got a deal). It burns me to get cheap parts from Honda at high prices.
