I have a 2005 M50 which I purchased from my brother in law with only 8500 miles. Used to have a KZ750 Twin years ago which I really like too by the way. I am a big guy (6-5 285)so wondered if the M50 would be too small for me, which it probably is but its what I have to ride. Great bike, rode to Reno this summer to visit my daughter, didnt miss a beat the whole way. Good power all the time, fan kicked in a few times due to the heat, stable even with side winds. I switched to the factory gell seat before I left, look identical to me as the stock seat. Didn't push on the way down, camped and rode easy. The trip back was done in one day 700 plus miles, 17 hrs with breaks of course. Butt was tingling but ok, breaks every 50 miles or so. Great mileage @40 mpg even with me and all my gear. Looking to buy the M109 now! All hail fuel injection and shaft drive!
