Long story short, I had Honda work on my bike(Honda Shadow Sabra 1100)They replaced the battery and rectifier. Hadn't road it for servral months after that (weather, out of town ect but notice that it wasn't turning over as fast as it should, check voltage was 12+volts, run up the engine and it dropped to 11+volts instead of increasing. Check the regulator it was within specs (3-5v I believe)checked out the rectifier with my ohm meter an got nothing on either legs, Believe bad again.....But I found a ground wire on the block neck to the starter thats not connected (theres 2 one from the battery and the other ????????????. It was connected because the connector is shinny. can any one suggest anything Sorry so long
Thanks
